I don’t think everyone has time to workout and stay active throughout the day. People have real lives which makes it hard to stay “active” when you work for 8-9 hours at a desk in an office. It’s always good to get moderate exercise and portion control the diet to lose weight the healthy and safe way! Gretchen is simply beautiful and has a great body, but it may not be easy and even realistic to keep up with skinniness like she does!
